HOME SERVICES INCLUDED:

• Periodical inspections – we will inspect the interior and exterior of your home and provide periodic reports with pictures and a semiannual report also for preventative maintenance items
• VRBO/ARBNB support – if you want to market your home to renters. We offer ground support services for maintenance/ Rental damage inspections and cleaning coordination and pre arrival inspections, local guest contact, which helps keep that rental calendar full. 
• After-departure and pre-arrival inspections. 
• Maintenance between rental guests. 
• Housekeeping and housekeeping inspections. 
• Customer service for rental guests – we oversee a variety of home issues.
• Housekeeping – experienced housekeeping services available on a daily, weekly, or custom basis.
• Snow removal – with over three hundred feet of snow annually, we will stay on top of snow removal to ensure safety and ease of access.
• Maintenance & Repair – we manage maintenance and repair of plumbing, heating/cooling, electrical, roofing, painting, and hard wood floors. Leave the hard stuff to us!
