• Customer service to the renters- local contact to call for questions or issue with property.
• Mid Stay Housekeeping (helpful to keep integrity of property)
• Rental inspections – we offer check-in and departure inspections as well as maintenance review before next check in
• Managing subcontractors – snow removal, irrigation, lawn care, etc.
• Maintenance & Repair – we oversee maintenance and repair of plumbing, heating/cooling, electrical, roofing, painting, & more to keep the home in great shape.
